Cashback, made simple.

Cashback is calculated automatically on eligible paid and delivered orders. There are no promo codes to enter. Your rate is based on the cashback level active for that order.

Eligible cashback becomes available 3 days after the order is delivered. This short pending period allows the order status to be verified.

Orders from $15 can earn cashback. Only the amount paid with an external payment method qualifies; the portion paid using your StockX24 balance is excluded.

Your qualified purchase total is added automatically. When it reaches a level threshold, the new level unlocks without any action from you. Your account page shows the remaining amount and progress.

These are progress levels. They recognize your purchase history and move you toward Gold, where cashback starts at 0.25%.

Open My Account. The Cashback & Tier card shows your current level, qualified spend, pending cashback, credited cashback and the next earning target.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed or unpaid orders do not earn cashback. Any pending reward linked to such an order can be cancelled automatically.

Cashback is credited to your StockX24 balance and can be used toward future purchases. It is not withdrawable or exchangeable for cash.

No. To prevent cashback from being counted twice, the part of an order paid with existing balance is excluded from the cashback calculation.
