Refund Policy

Activation Window

Activate your purchase within 5–30 minutes of payment. If it is unavailable without prior notice, the support ticket closes automatically after 24 hours and the payment is retained as compensation (reserved payment methods, processing time, and services already rendered). This applies to all products.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

• Discord rejects payment for regional billing reasons.
• Discord changes its billing policy after purchase.
• You refuse to share credentials required to complete the order.
• A subscription is later restricted by its provider under their own Terms of Service.
• You refuse the alternative purchase method after your payment details have already been shared (see Terms of Service, Section 3).
• You do not respond to support within 24 hours.

When a Refund Will Be Issued

A refund is issued only if StockX24 fails to deliver the purchased product or service due to its own fault.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after delivery is treated as fraud and may result in a permanent ban from all StockX24 services, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
