Terms of Service

1. General Rules

• No chargebacks or payment disputes after delivery. This is treated as fraud and may result in a permanent ban.
• Be respectful toward support. Abusive behavior may lead to your order being cancelled without a refund.
• Prices and stock may change without prior notice.

2. Billing & Account Limitations (Discord Products)

Discord is rolling out region-based payment restrictions, which may cause errors such as "This payment method cannot be used." This is controlled entirely by Discord, not by StockX24. As a result:

• Nitro purchases cannot be guaranteed on every account.
• Some accounts run the old billing system, others the new regional one, with no way to tell in advance.
• Some accounts may also fail to activate Nitro due to restricted email domains, suspicious IP history, or Discord's automated payment security.

By purchasing, you accept these limitations.

Notice: Why Nitro Purchases May Fail

Discord is rolling out a new region-based billing system (Country/Region), which determines the store currency, available payment methods, and which cards can be added. Because of this, you may see errors like "This payment method cannot be used" or "This payment source is invalid" — this means the card doesn't match your account's region under Discord's system.

The rollout is gradual: some accounts still purchase Nitro without issues, others are already on the new region-locked billing. There is no way to know in advance which system an account is on — a successful purchase cannot be guaranteed 100%.

If you see this error, it is most likely due to Discord's new billing system, not an issue with the account itself.

If you are unable to purchase Nitro yourself even with a VPN, StockX24 will log into your account and purchase Nitro on your behalf. Refusing this method means no refund will be issued.

3. Alternative Purchase Method

If your payment method is rejected, StockX24 can purchase Nitro using its own payment method — this requires temporary access to your account. You can change your password right after. If you refuse this after your card details have already been provided, no refund will be issued.

4. Subscription Services (Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, HBO, Crunchyroll, etc.)

These providers enforce their own Terms of Service regarding region and usage. The subscription is confirmed active at the time of delivery; the provider may suspend, cancel, or modify it afterward for their own reasons (region limits, ToS changes, unusual activity, billing checks, enforcement) — this is outside StockX24's control. No refunds or replacements will be issued for subscriptions later restricted by the provider after delivery.

5. Refund & Responsibility Policy

Refunds are handled under a dedicated policy — see the full Refund Policy for activation windows, ticket handling, and the exact conditions under which a refund is or is not issued.

6. Agreement

By purchasing from StockX24, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these rules.
• You understand Discord's billing and regional limits are outside StockX24's control.
• You understand subscription providers may cancel or restrict services per their own Terms of Service.
• You accept all policies described above and in the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Not knowing these rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
